How do I know I have the appropriate Internet connection to receive ScandiTV?
You can receive ScandiTV with any home internet connection such as ADSL, DSL or cable internet. The only type of connection that is not appropriate to receive ScandiTV’s programming is a dial-up internet connection. The recommended speed to receive ScandiTV for the best quality is 1 mgbs, which is the minimum speed offered by most internet providers in the USA and Canada.

 

Is ScandiTV quality similar to cable and satellite?
Yes, ScandiTV uses an innovative technology to present television programming through the internet with the very highest quality. You will receive the ScandiTV programs on your television set with sound and picture quality comparable to cable and satellite transmission.

 

Does ScandiTV provide customer support?
Yes, ScandiTV provides full customer support to help you connect your receiver box to your television set. Installing ScandiTV is very easy and can be done in no more than 5 minutes however, once you become a subscriber, you will have full access to Customer Support by telephone and email if needed.

 

Does ScandiTV provide English-subtitled programs?
Most of the feature films offered in the Movies on Demand section are subtitled in English.  ScandiTV will also be adding English-subtitled programs on a regular basis.

 

Can I connect ScandiTV to my television set if I am already a cable or satellite subscriber?
Yes, the ScandiTV receiver  box can be connected to your television set in addition to any satellite or cable box. The small and compact size of the receiver box makes it easy to place next to your television. If you are already a satellite/ cable customer,  you will be able to switch easily from your satellite/cable channels to your ScandiTV channels.
